Working With Us

Phone call: Working with us is easy. We can be called 24 hours a day on our emergency hotline, or contacted at our office during the day. When you call us, we will answer your questions and will make arrangements to give you a free estimate.

Estimate: We will provide you with a complete estimate for cleaning, repair, and reconstruction after having examined your damaged structure or home. We are careful and thorough in our examinations so as to make sure you and your insurer get an accurate estimate.

Adjustment: We work closely with your insurance company adjuster to review your damage estimate. Our experience working with all major property insurers help us get things settled quickly so that we can start work as soon as possible.

Repair: As soon as your claim has been approved by your insurer, we will begin work. We will work within the flexibility of your schedule while striving for timely completion.

Settlement: After having completed all necessary cleaning, construction, and repair to your satisfaction, we will submit a bill directly to your insurer.
