Located in the heart of south Minneapolis, and established by Ron Ungerman in 1977 our team brings together decades of experience in estimating, home and business construction, and fire and water damage repair.

Vision - We aim to provide home and business owners with high quality, efficient, dependable construction, cleaning, and restoration services that will allow our customers to return to their normal lives as soon as possible.

Ungerman Construction Construction specializes in all aspects of insurance related repairs including but not limited to fire, water, storm, vandalism, break in and vehicle damage. We are primarily a residential restoration contractor, however we also repair multi-unit residential and business complexes and, small commercial buildings.

Each of our knowledgeable estimators has more than 10 years estimating experience with our company. They work closely with the insurance adjuster resulting in a timely, fair and accurate estimate. At the same time, the estimators work closely with the homeowners and project coordinator to make sure that the restoration process runs smoothly, on time and with open lines of communication.

UCC has a full time staff of industry experienced carpenters and painters. UCC also has developed a network of competent sub-contractors that are understanding of the insurance repair industry and are dedicated to providing our clients with a highest level of service at a fair and reasonable price.

Although it has never been the goal of UCC to become the largest restoration contractor in the city, it is our goal to be the best. Our reputation over the years speaks volumes of the quality of work and the customer service we provide. It is our reputation that keeps us in business, so we try our best to protect it. We commit ourselves to resolving issues head on and making sure the resolution is satisfactory to all parties. At the end of a project, we want the property owner to feel as though they were our most important customer and that their home or business was returned to them on time, within budget and in excellent condition.
